Job Description:

As a Chief Quality and Business Excellence Officer at Siemens Energy, you will oversee the team responsible for Business Excellence and Quality Assurance of the Small Gas Turbines (SGT) business. This involves ensuring continual improvement of processes and products and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will direct resources to conduct and support improvement projects within the business related to HSE, quality, and people management standards. Additionally, they will ensure that SGT processes are fit for purpose through effective use of Quality Management techniques.

About the Role:

  • To support the business and ensure timely delivery of products within budget and to required quality standards.
  • Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities and activities that enhance capability, efficiency, and output in the short and long term.
  • Develop, gain agreement for, support, and ensure the delivery of improvement projects to meet business targets.
  • Effective communication of strategies and objectives is crucial to creating an environment of continuous improvement, teamwork, and positive industrial relations.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
