Production Operative Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at a leading food manufacturer in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working in a fast-paced production environment and want to be part of a dynamic team that strives for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all production targets are met by operating machinery and equipment efficiently, while maintaining compliance with specifications, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead the training and development of new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Take ownership of your line, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive productivity and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to achieving operational performance goals, including productivity and quality KPIs.
  • Possess strong attention to detail, ensuring prepped and packed products meet customer specifications.
Requirements:
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including up to 12 hours per day.
  • Previous production or grading experience is not necessary but is desirable.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
