**Job Description**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Care Assistant to work with us in one of our residential care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and promoting their independence. This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, kindness, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.

**Responsibilities**
* Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and mealtime support
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
* Participate in general activities within the care home, including arts and crafts, exercises, and other leisure activities
* Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure the highest quality care is delivered
* Maintain resident confidentiality and respect their dignity at all times
* Attend safeguarding training and take action if concerns arise about abuse or neglect

* Competitive salary: £19,500 - 22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Requirements**
* GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
* Experience working in care or a related field
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
* Reliable and punctual attendance record
