As a Senior Care Assistant at St Philips Care Group, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will lead and develop a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care, create an environment that promotes person-centered care, and maximize independence.
Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standards of care. You will also be responsible for caring for all clients' needs, observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions, and ensuring that service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of care workers.
- Care planning and medication administration.
- Moving and handling, dressing, and assisting residents with daily hygiene and dressing needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home.
- A passion for care of the elderly.
