Care Assistant Program Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of our benefits service, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

This role involves:

  • Supporting the Central Services Manager to develop and implement new functions;
  • Coordinating team activities to drive growth and improvement through strategic planning and operational execution;
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have a working knowledge of social care and health, particularly in relation to adults, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location for the position is flexible, but candidates must be willing to travel within Lincolnshire.
