**Job Role:**

The role of a Senior Care Assistant is crucial in the Health and Social Care industry. You will lead, develop, and coordinate a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop a team of care workers to provide high-quality care.
  • Assess and address the needs of our clients, ensuring their rights and wishes are respected.
  • Coordinate daily care tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Lead the care planning process, manage medication, and deliver care for designated groups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and report any changes in residents' conditions.

**Requirements:

  • NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Previous experience as a senior in Residential Care or Nursing Home settings.
  • A passion for caring for the elderly.
  • Experience with medication administration.

**Salary Range:** £27,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
