**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member, you will lead and coordinate a team of care workers to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop a team of care workers to provide high-quality care.
- Assess and address the needs of our clients, ensuring their rights and wishes are respected.
- Coordinate daily care tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
- Lead the care planning process, manage medication, and deliver care for designated groups.
- Maintain confidentiality and report any changes in residents' conditions.
**Requirements:
- NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
- Previous experience as a senior in Residential Care or Nursing Home settings.
- A passion for caring for the elderly.
- Experience with medication administration.
