About the Role

A high-impact opportunity has emerged for a skilled Peripatetic Manager within the elderly care sector. This dynamic role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on variety and enjoys regular challenges, with the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of elderly residents.

The successful candidate will support various care homes across the region, stepping in as needed in the absence of Home Managers, integrating new homes, and assisting in operational projects to improve occupancy, reduce vacancies, and foster cultural change aligned with the group's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead care homes in the absence of Home Managers, ensuring continuity of high-quality care.
  • Assist in the smooth integration of new care homes.
  • Support Home Managers in achieving operational and care objectives.
  • Help document and standardise processes across care homes.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at increasing occupancy and reducing vacancies/agency usage.
  • Lead and support initiatives to embed cultural and behavioural changes in line with company values.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus scheme: 15% of salary paid quarterly, mileage allowance, hotel allowance if overnight stay required, holiday entitlement: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, training & development, and employee assistance programme.
