About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of an innovative benefits service for carers across Lincolnshire. As the Care Benefits Innovation Lead, you will be responsible for creating a culture of continuous learning, identifying areas for improvement, and developing new functions that contribute to contract delivery.

This role requires a deep understanding of social care and health, particularly in relation to adults, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
