Residential Care Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, developing, and coordinating a team of care workers to provide exceptional care to our residents. This will involve creating an environment that respects the rights and wishes of our residents, encouraging person-centred care, and maximising their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Providing individualised care plans to meet the needs of our residents
- Care for all clients' needs as required with the aim of optimising their independence
- Ensuring a system is in place that promotes residents' participation in the planning and reviewing of care
- Coordinating the care planning process, maintaining appropriate medication and care delivery for a designated group of service users
- NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
- Previous experience of working as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home
- A passion for care of the elderly
