Lead Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead Care Manager to join our team at our Lincoln Hub. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of our Residential Care and Community Supported Living services, ensuring that each individual receives high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and conducting risk assessments. You will work closely with our care teams to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Health and Social Care professional, preferably in a management role within a Supported Living/residential care setting. They will possess knowledge of CQC regulations, KLOE, and Local Authority Safeguarding procedures. A passion for quality and commitment to delivering exceptional care to adults with support needs is essential.
