This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a senior residential care leadership position. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
As Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for promoting an enabling environment and ensuring the highest standards of practice. You will work closely with the staff team to provide management support, advice, and motivation, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £27,040 per annum, plus specialist training, and a range of salary sacrifice benefits.
