About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Leadership Expert to join our team in Lincolnshire. This role involves leading and managing a remote team to develop innovative benefits services for carers.

The successful candidate will have experience in social care and health, particularly in relation to adults, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have knowledge of DWP benefits, especially those related to carers, including fringe benefits.

This position requires the ability to lead, manage, and empower individuals to achieve their best. The candidate will be an active member of the Carers First team, collaborating with colleagues and Managers to provide benefits support and guidance.
