Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Leadership Position to join our team near Lincoln. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of monthly management accounts and providing key financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage routine accounting functions such as data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Oversee and maintain essential financial data, including stock levels, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and fixed asset registers.
- Prepare regular financial reports breaking down complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting leadership positions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
