About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our PlunketLine leadership team. This permanent full-time position will be based in Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington. The successful candidate will lead a team of Telenurses, ensuring quality care for all PlunketLine callers and implementing continuous improvement suggestions. As part of our leadership team, you will have opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to our ongoing growth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and support to a team of Telenurses
- Ensure quality, timely care for all PlunketLine callers
- Identify and implement ongoing continuous improvement suggestions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the team, stakeholders and partners

Requirements:
- Current NZ Nursing Council Annual Practicing Certificate
- Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing Well Child/Tamariki Ora
- Professional Development Recognition Pathway (minimum Level 3)
- Excellent clinical skills and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
