Nursing Home Leadership Role
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Nursing Home Manager. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care home, ensuring that we provide the highest standard of care and support to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent care and support.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
* Build relationships with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

**Requirements:**
* Qualified Nurse with live NMC Pin.
* Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a 50+ bed nursing home for the elderly.
* Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Commercial awareness, with P&L accountability.
* DBS Check and satisfactory employment references.

**Estimated Salary:** up to £28.84 per hour / £60,000 per year (based on 40 hours).
