About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as a General Deputy Leadership Role. As a key member of the operational team, you will be responsible for leading customer account administrators, ensuring workshop and compound services meet client needs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities: Provide overall direction to the operational management team, ensure accurate and timely coordination between departments, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Degree-level education (or equivalent), 5+ years of experience in operations, customer service, and/or quality management, strong budget management skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
