In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a team of support workers, ensuring that high standards of care and support are delivered to service users. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

">Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans, tailored to individual needs, in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate care quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
