Job Summary:

This challenging role is available for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Supported Living Services in ensuring exceptional care and support for individuals with complex needs.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated professionals who provide personalized care and support to our service users. You will also oversee budgets, quality assurance processes, and staff supervision to maintain high standards of care.

Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in social work, health, or a related field

• Proven experience in a leadership or management position within a healthcare or social care setting

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

• Strong budgeting and financial management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
