As a key member of the team at Carers First, the Lincolnshire Carer Benefits Lead will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our benefits service.

The role involves working closely with the Central Services Manager to develop a comprehensive benefits strategy that meets the needs of carers across Lincolnshire.

We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills, who can motivate and inspire a team to achieve great things.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CENTRAL SERVICES MANAGER TO DEVELOP A COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS STRATEGY THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF CARERS ACROSS LINCOLNSHIRE.
  • LEAD A TEAM OF BENEFITS ADVISORS TO ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • MONITOR AND EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE BENEFITS SERVICE, IDENTIFYING AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPING PLANS TO ADDRESS THEM.
