Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Dietitian to work across our Mental Health services in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality specialist dietetic support to patients, relatives, and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive specialist assessments, treatment, and discharge of patients with diverse and complex presentations.
  • Engage service users in treatment planning decisions, aligned with their individual goals.
  • Provide specialist advice, teaching, training, and instruction to promote understanding of treatment aims and ensure consistent patient care.
  • Support the Lead Dietitian in monitoring waiting lists and managing workload.
  • Offer clinical supervision to junior dietetic staff.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Registered Dietitian with current HCPC registration.
  • BSc Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Ability to undertake specific training.
