We require a Carers Support Head to lead our Benefits Team in Lincolnshire, delivering an exceptional benefits service and driving innovation.

The successful candidate will develop a culture of continuous learning, enhance contract delivery and lead a team through effective management and stakeholder relationships.

They will possess strong knowledge of social care and health, adult services and excellent communication skills.

Experience in remote team management, DWP benefits, including fringe benefits, and co-production principles is crucial.

This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, flexible working, a workplace pension, employee assistance programme and a Benenden Healthcare package.
