Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and implement a Quality Management Framework in Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for monitoring strengths and learning across Lincolnshire, ensuring that our carer support programme meets the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM systems such as Mosaic, BlueBox, and Power Bi to manage workflow and record essential data and contacts.

A strong background in quality system development and data analysis is essential, along with experience collating, analysing, and reporting data, and making recommendations for performance improvement.

The salary for this role is £48,750 per annum.
