Job Description:

This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring a strong track record of quality management and a proven ability to develop and implement effective quality systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Management Framework aligned with the Lincolnshire County Council Framework, providing training and support on the Quality Framework to onboard staff teams across Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Quality Management Framework aligned with the Lincolnshire County Council Framework
  • Onboard staff teams across Lincolnshire, providing training and support on the Quality Framework
  • Support the development and implementation of Carers First Impact and Evaluation Framework and ISO 9001 to measure team impact
  • Maintain overall responsibility for monitoring strengths and areas for improvement across Lincolnshire

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong track record of quality management, excellent written, analytical, listening, and verbal communication skills, and experience using CRM systems. You will also need to be able to develop and implement quality systems, collate and analyze data, and make recommendations for performance improvement.
