About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Performance Improvement to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Management Framework that aligns to the Lincolnshire County Council Framework.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality systems and measures
  • Collating, analysing, and reporting data
  • Making recommendations for performance improvement

You will work closely with the team to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing support and training as needed. We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum and flexible working options.
