About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our production team as a Production Line Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the training and development of new team members, ensuring all production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous production or grading experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is crucial.
