We are seeking an Insight and Improvement Officer to join our team at Carers First Careers in Lincolnshire. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a Quality Management Framework that aligns with the council's framework.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a Quality Management Framework
  • Onboarding staff teams across Lincolnshire with the Quality Framework
  • Providing training and support to ensure successful adoption
  • Supporting the development and implementation of Carers First Impact and Evaluation Framework

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring both strengths and learning across Lincolnshire, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.

We require:

  • Experience in developing and implementing quality systems and measures
  • Ability to collate, analyse, and report data
  • Excellent written analytical, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in planning and delivering workshops

The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
