Job Summary
Pursue a challenging career as a Senior Administration Assistant in the dynamic healthcare sector with United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. We are seeking an organized and dedicated individual to provide high-quality administrative support to the Outpatients Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This role will commence from April 2025, offering a permanent full-time position with Monday to Friday working hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary within the Band 3 range (£24,071 - £25,674) depending on their experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a large team or individually. Previous experience in a customer care environment or office setting is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer care environment or office setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
