We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Aubourn, Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license and their own transport due to the location.

This role will be the first point of contact for all clients, technicians, and suppliers both on the phone and via email. You must demonstrate a high level of initiative, a professional, helpful attitude, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Manage client information, databases, and file systems
  • Assist other team members and line managers with tasks and projects
  • Price up and send out incoming enquiries and job work
  • Chase quotations via telephone
  • Support new tenders and assist with special projects

**Key Activities:**

  • General administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, mail merges, data entry, and word processing
  • Managing client databases and working on internal CRM systems
  • Covering other office positions when team members are on annual leave

As a Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Assist with incoming sales orders and create new sales opportunities
  • Support the sales force with general operations to help reach team objectives
  • Take phone calls from customers and communicate important feedback
  • Deal with and respond to emails from customers and potential customers

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Internet, and Email
  • Deadline management and exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • An excellent written and oral communication style
  • Attention to detail and a confident telephone manner
