We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This is a temporary full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients and visitors
- Managing front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable)
