Legal Administration Officer

We are looking for a dedicated Legal Administration Officer to join our team at Grafton Nicholls in Lincoln. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for the financial aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily banking functions including bank reconciliations
- Processing of client and office accounting transactions including postings and payment production
- Processing of client bills to include checking and processing
- Input and production of nominal payment requests
- Previous legal accounts experience
- IT user skills with particular emphasis on excel spreadsheets
- Attention to detail
- A diligent and methodical work ethic
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
