Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled legal professional to join our Adult Care and Health Legal Team. The focus of the post is on providing expert legal and administrative support to a team of lawyers in relation to a busy caseload of complex public law adult cases.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will possess a good level of communication and excellent IT skills to work proficiently in areas such as Word, Adobe Pro, Excel and be competent in the use of a legal case management system to quickly and efficiently create, review, redact and manage documentation under pressure.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, flexible, and focused, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 per annum, as well as a contributory pension scheme and comprehensive benefits package including excellent discount schemes and cycle to work.

The successful candidate may also benefit from career progression opportunities within Lincolnshire County Council.

Working Arrangements

The role involves a hybrid working arrangement, with a requirement to spend more time in the office at the start of the appointment to learn roles and responsibilities and become competent in tasks. As the appointment progresses, there will be opportunities to work from home once a level of competency has been achieved.
