Lettings Team Administrator

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful Lettings team at Your Move in Lincoln as an administrator supporting the End of lease process, reference checking, and other tasks involved in the lettings process. The role requires previous administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Tenants, Landlords, and the Property Management Department.
Job Details- Support the End of lease process and reference checking.
- Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation is completed.
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and the Property Management Department.
- Maintain databases and regularly update information.
- Support viewings and inspection processes.
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to drive and access to own car.
- A competitive salary around £22,000 per annum depending on experience.
