Administrative Support Role in Lettings

Join our successful Lettings team at Your Move in Lincoln as a dedicated administrator. In this role, you will support the End of lease process, reference checking, and other tasks involved in the lettings process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative or customer service role, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the End of lease process and reference checking.
  • Liaise with external parties to ensure necessary legal documentation is completed.
  • Liaise with Tenants, Landlords, and the Property Management Department.
  • Maintain databases and regularly update information.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to drive and access to own car.
