About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our team in the hygiene service industry. As a key member of our office-based team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office systems while providing support to both field and office-based teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales administration and possess excellent communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for clients, technicians, and suppliers, and will be responsible for managing client databases, processing quotations, and assisting with new tenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office systems and provide administrative support to field and office-based teams
  • First point of contact for clients, technicians, and suppliers
  • Manage client databases and process quotations
  • Assist with new tenders and manage sales orders

You must have previous sales admin background and be able to work effectively as part of a team. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
