Operations Team Member

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment? As an Operations Assistant at David Lloyd Clubs, you will be the face of our brand, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our members. Your role will involve supporting all departments with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and assisting team members wherever needed.

- Providing exceptional customer service to our members
- Supporting all departments with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks
- Assisting team members wherever needed

What qualifications, skills and experience do I need?
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who is able to work in a team environment and has the ability to adapt to changing situations. An emergency response or level 2 health and fitness coach qualification is desirable but not essential. If you are a people person with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.
