About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at a leading food manufacturer in Lincoln. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring all production targets are met, operating machinery and equipment, and maintaining compliance with specifications, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

* Full ownership of your line, including problem-solving and improvement ideas
* Ensure personal compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Maintain accurate and timely records
* Implement a 'clean as you go' policy for your line
* Ensure prepped and packed products meet customer specifications
* Drive operational performance in your line, including productivity and quality KPIs
* Work flexible hours, including up to 12-hour day shifts
* Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to walk and stand for long periods
