Production Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at a leading food manufacturer in Lincoln. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery and equipment to meet production targets and maintain compliance with specifications, policies, and procedures.
- Lead the training and development of new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure personal compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our 'clean as you go' policy.
- Ensure prepped and packed products meet customer specifications, driving quality and productivity.
- Contribute to driving operational performance, including productivity and quality KPIs.
- Work flexible hours, including up to 12-hour day shifts, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods, with previous production or grading experience not essential.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00, with 37.5 hours paid per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
