Production Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at a leading food manufacturer in Lincoln. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Operate machinery and equipment to meet production targets and maintain compliance with specifications, policies, and procedures.
- Lead the training and development of new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve productivity and quality goals, including prep yield, kg/man hour, and packing speeds.
- Work flexible hours, including up to 12-hour day shifts, and demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
- Previous production or grading experience is not essential, but a strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00, 37.5 hours paid per week.
