Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Lincolnshire Quality Assurance and Insight Specialist, working closely with our team in Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a Quality Management Framework that aligns with the requirements of Lincolnshire County Council Framework.
  • Provide onboarding training and support to staff teams across Lincolnshire, ensuring they are well-versed in the Quality Framework.
  • Support the development and implementation of Carers First Impact and Evaluation Framework and ISO 9001, focusing on demonstrating the positive impact of our services on carers' lives.
  • Take overall responsibility for monitoring strengths and areas for improvement across Lincolnshire, using data to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual with experience in quality management, CRM systems (e.g., Mosaic, BlueBox), and data analysis tools like Power Bi.
  • The ability to work flexibly while maintaining a good work-life balance, as well as excellent written, analytical, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing quality systems and measures, collating, analyzing, and reporting data to drive performance improvements.
  • An ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels, network, and develop joint work between agencies, including establishing strong working relationships.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
