Lead Quality and Insight Officer: Delivering Excellence in Carers First

We are searching for an exceptional individual to spearhead our quality management initiatives in Lincolnshire, driving transformative change and excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and execute a Quality Management Framework aligned with the Lincolnshire County Council Framework, ensuring seamless integration and continuity.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard staff teams across Lincolnshire, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Drive the development and implementation of Carers First Impact and Evaluation Framework and ISO 9001, measuring team impact and informing strategic decisions.
  • Monitor strengths and areas for improvement across Lincolnshire, providing actionable insights to inform business strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A visionary leader with extensive experience using CRM systems (Mosaic, BlueBox, Power Bi), possessing exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement quality systems, collect and analyze data, and drive business improvements through data-driven decision making.
  • Outstanding written, analytical, listening, and verbal communication skills, with a reputation for building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and delivering workshops, networking with agencies, and cultivating a collaborative work environment.
