Our company is seeking an experienced Site Services professional to fill this challenging role. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading our site services team and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Manage site services and ancillary equipment to meet the needs of a 24/7 food manufacturing facility through robust maintenance programs and process control systems.
  • Lead the team to ensure statutory compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective continuous improvement methods to enhance site efficiencies.
  • Promote industry best practices, world-class manufacturing standards, and retailer codes of practice.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills when interacting with internal departments and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure site services and ancillary equipment are fully functional to meet the needs of a 24/7 food manufacturing facility.
  2. Lead the team to manage statutory compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  3. Implement effective continuous improvement methods to enhance site efficiencies.
  4. Promote industry best practices, world-class manufacturing standards, and retailer codes of practice.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with internal departments and external contractors.
