Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team in Lincoln, focusing on the efficient delivery of site work and ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and performance standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the water industry, particularly on clean water installations, and possess good knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site, ensuring resources are utilised correctly to achieve efficiency and meet deadlines.

You will also be responsible for carrying out the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, quality, and performance standards, ensuring all work meets required water industry regulations and Anglian Water's approved standards.

  • Responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of site work, focusing specifically on SHEQ, time, and cost.
  • Manage direct labour and supply chain teams to ensure all construction activities are provided in compliance with scheme deliverables.
About You

We are looking for a motivated individual with:

  • Experience in the water industry, particularly on clean water installations.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
  • Commercial and contractual awareness.
  • A full driving licence.
