We are seeking a highly experienced Site Operations Director to join our team in Lincoln. As a key member of our projects team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of construction sites in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects and hold essential health and safety qualifications such as SMSTS and First Aid. Professional membership or other qualifications would be an advantage.

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position offers autonomy and the opportunity to develop good relationships with project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver major new build and refurbishment projects in all sectors
  • To manage projects between £500,000 and £12 million across all sectors
  • To maintain excellent health and safety standards on site

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
