Continuous Improvement Technician

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our night shift team at a leading manufacturing facility in South Lincolnshire.
We are looking for someone who can drive continuous improvements and reliability, while maintaining the highest standards of maintenance across the site.
A typical day will involve:
- Implementing proactive measures to prevent equipment failure and downtime
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborating with the production team to identify and address maintenance-related issues
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, with experience working in a fast-paced food or FMCG manufacturing environment. A good understanding of electrical and mechanical repairs is also essential.
