Key Account Executive Leader

Datadog is seeking an exceptional Sales Team Manager to lead our Enterprise Sales team. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the performance of Key Account Executives and drive results-oriented strategies to achieve sales goals.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of Key Account Executives in managing complex sales processes and negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual Enterprise bookings quota.
- Coaching and developing Key Account Executives' skills in building relationships with C-level executives.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted messaging and content.
- Conduct regular forecasting meetings to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Enterprise sales experience working with Fortune 100 companies.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives in the IT space.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledgeable in managing complex sales processes and negotiations.
