Executive Leader for Client Accounts

We are seeking an Executive Leader for Client Accounts to join our team at Lawes Insurance Recruitment in London. This role will involve day-to-day service delivery, delegation, and providing support for the leadership of individual teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of operational activities within the team, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting outputs.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through expanded networking opportunities.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, delivering exceptional service through regular interaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance services and add value to clients, developing a robust service plan aligned with their needs.
- Implement expanded service opportunities, address risk management, and achieve insurance objectives for clients across your team.
- Support training and development initiatives through the buddy programme and subsequent coaching.
- Produce timely and accurate renewal reports, mentoring the team to follow suit.
To succeed in this role, you will require outstanding technical proficiency in associated risks, excellent market knowledge, and experience in training, coaching, or managing others to foster professional development.
