About the Role:

As a Key Account Development Manager at Space Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand business within existing accounts. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations and maintain a strong pipeline of renewal and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account strategies that align with clients' goals and business objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, contributing to overall company revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on client needs and deliver solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues efficiently to maintain strong relationships.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client activities and progress in CRM systems, ensuring transparent communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Industry Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to provide strategic input.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in an account management or customer success role, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to clients.
  • Relationship-Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Compensation Package:

A competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, along with performance-based incentives, ensures that our Key Account Development Managers are rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
