  • We seek a top sales executive leader to collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in sales and mentoring junior sales team members.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.
  • Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback to improve products and services based on client interactions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience mentoring and leading sales teams.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet ambitious sales goals.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses. As a sales professional, you will have the opportunity to earn significant additional income through your sales performance. The location of this role is flexible and can be done remotely.
