The Executive Sales Leader role at Pendragon offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and excellence in finance and insurance opportunities.
We're looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
As an Executive Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Driving your sales team to optimize every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
- Establishing wants and needs of customers while building a rapport that retains them to the brand and the business
- Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
This role involves working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget. You will also be expected to understand shortfalls and address these with your team and Sales Manager.
Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets, and coaching to develop them, is also an essential part of this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 basic, with an OTE of £52,000 and company benefits including a company car, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
